At Deen Threads, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
